Bracelet Sizing
Our spring steel bracelet design insures comfort as 'one size fits
most'.
Grace's Return Policy
Grace will issue a return authorization number within 14 days from
the day the product
was shipped if you find that you are not satisfied with our product.
The return
shipping charges are to be paid by you (the purchaser). The product
must be shipped
back to Grace in the original packaging and a shipping method must
provide a tracking
number.
A credit will be issued to your credit card once Grace has the
product in hand and
has determined that it has not been damaged in any way. Please note
that credit
card companies do not post credits immediately and there may be a
delay between
the time we issue a credit and when it may appear on your account.
Billing
Grace Creative Jewelry has selected Paypal for all of our credit
card processing. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase.
All credit card data is kept safe on Paypal's system, we do not have
access to your credit card information at any time.
Fulfillment of orders
Grace strives to fulfill orders as soon as they come in. However,
due to the fact
that each piece of Grace Creative Jewelry is unique, there may be
some delays.
Most orders can be fulfilled within 1-7 days. We pledge to contact
you by email
if we anticipate any delays.
Packaging
Each order from Grace receives careful packaging. We use
lightweight, but durable, recyclable packaging material inside a sturdy
cardboard box or padded envelope. Most orders from Grace weigh less than one pound. Our
standard method of shipping is Priority Mail through the USPS, which
is usually delivered within two to three business days.
Care of your piece of Grace
Many of our pieces are made with sterling silver wire, chain
and/or clasps. DO NOT use a liquid silver cleaner. The best way care
for your silver jewelry is by using baking soda and a soft tooth
brush.
Do not use cleaning agents of any kind on any pearls, seeds, rocks,
corals and shells used in the design of your piece of Grace. |
